Both the villa pool and public pool well maintained. Great areas for all kinds of rekaxing, fun and family time. Would stay here in a heartbeat again. Its better than Disney properties!!

The home was very clean, the grill was very clean, the basketball courts and playground were a great additions too exhaust energy from the kids. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend.

New, clean and spacious house. Beds comfortable and friendly service. Kids play-bedroom was a lot of fun, even for my teens. Areas of improvement: internet was spotty, video games in kids room didn’t work, coffee at the bar was awful and the other caffeine drinks (tea, latte) were not available.

The neighborhood style resort was beautiful and welcoming. The staff was so nice and pleasant from the security guards at the entrance booth, to the front desk staff at the welcome center. Also, we had issues with our door lock but the customer service representatives were all very nice, patient and helpful. The rooms were modern, beautifully decorated and spotless. It was so nice to have our own private pool as well. Great and fun stay!!!

This property is well maintained. Clean and and easily accessible. Our entire family enjoyed the property, which consist of various ages. Our rental home had several games for the kids and adults. The pool and spa were well heated. Great time all around. The lazy river was a plus too along with the basketball court and golf stimulation at club house. 10/10.

This hotel was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable! It was very close to Universal and I4. There were a lot of dining and shopping areas close by. We would love to stay there again!
