we stayed at a cottage.....the couches were dirty.....the pillows were stained and old smelling.....the outdoor furniture was torn and there was absolutely zero shade in the backyard......the hottub did not get hot....the pool was freezing....the toilet paper holders in 3 of the 4 bathrooms fell off the walls.....the towel holders in 2 of the 4 bathrooms fell off the walls....there was hardly any drawer space in the closets.....the dryer had a broken lint holder......this place was run down.....at the end of our stay, i went to the desk at the office and spoke to the MANAGER ....she told me there was nothing she could do for me and i should have come to complain sooner during our stay.....i asked for compensation on this stay or a discount for a future trip and she said, "NO".......there are so many other cottages and villas we can rent from other companies.....like RENTYL.....i will never rent from vstays again.....
