The fan in the room was too noisy. We think we were kept awake even by the fan in the room above us. Other than this, it was excellent. We had a great time.

Had a blast, but facilities disappointed

We had an absolute blast, but I was surprised at how outdated the facilities were. We unfortunately didn’t get a room with a savannah view, nor did we get a multi-bedroom room, and in hindsight that was a big mistake, as our room ended up just being quite grim. We had to use the communal laundry facilities, of which at least a couple machines were out of order (so we had to wait hours). The bus service was reliable, but if anything at all went wrong, we’d end up having to wait for an hour+ to get to / from the properties.

The room is ok, the view is ok, but the hotel does not offer “Disney experience”, the service in the restaurant is terrible, breakfast is served by boxes “quick service “ , We had the unpleasant experience that the waiter dropped our breakfast on the floor, and he wanted to deliver it like this, we asked to talk to the manager and she did not offer any apologize

Very Nice Stay!

The only reason I wouldn’t stay here on a regular basis is that I wouldn’t want to leave my room. I loved getting to know the animals. The guide was so nice and knowledgeable.

They said they had room service but they had very basic food options that you need to get yourself. The pool was closed. And giraffes were not around like other reviews suggested. We did get a nice view of the “time out” animals. And the suite was lovely.

Very disappointed in the management. They were not interested in providing "The Disney Experience" Roms cleaned only every other day. No fresh towel service and when inquiring at front desk was recieved by a compative front desk manger named Erin. We were told that maybe "We were not ready to begin traveling due to Covid-19. We had been there 2 weeks prior and have traveled to Disney 4 times in January and Feb. Sadly, we enjoy Kidani and will not return for a while. Good luck

I loved the view, pool and pool bar. Was a little disappointed that a lot of normal events weren’t happening like s’mores. All in all would defaintly go again to see the animals and for the experience.

So much good detail.

The whole place was beautiful! From lobby to the hallway and inside the room. The furniture has s great touch and detailed design. Very clean room and very spacious.

I loved the animals and easy viewing. I didnt like that there were no streaming services in the room, no availability at the only restaurant SANAA. The room had a fridge that was not stocked with goodies or beverages. We had to uber eat. The pool bar only had 4 bad choices like bean salad or ceasar salad or hotdogs. It was too pricey to nit have better anything. Would jot go again at that price

I paid a ton for the room and when I opened the door it was a view of the parking lot . On the website it said standard view . I went down to ask about changing room to a view of the animals

Bad stay at Kidani

Bad experience! The staff was very uncaring, unhelpful, blase, ungracious, borderline rude at front desk and restaurant. Kidani is a DVC small weak replica of Jambo House (the first, main hotel). The tv didn't work. The room seemed very wornout and in need of a big spruce. We ordered takeout from Sanaa, and for a steak they only gave us extremely flimsy plastic utensils. No info was provided to enable identification of the animals. We have happily stayed at many Disney hotels including Jambo, all were so much better than Kidani, and we will never go back to Kidani.

Housekeeping was understaffed or something. Got back to room at 4:30 and they still hadn’t cleaned room. Came while we were resting in room and we settled for towel exchange.

Beautiful, spacious, clean hotel!

This hotel is gorgeous! The rooms are so big and pretty, perfect if you are traveling with little ones and they have a wonderful view! It has several view areas to see the animals of you don’t already have a savannah view in your room. They have good restaurants in location and a nice pool area. We loved it!
