"Fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are massive, especially for European standards. Great air conditioning and centrally located location. The front desk attendant was extremely nice and very helpful. She told us of a bus to the airport, which saved us a lot of money. "

"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "This B&B is lovely. The bed is clean and comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The location is quiet and convenient for walking to the seaport and to many restaurants. The owner Emanuela is wonderful to work with, from booking to check-in. She even delivered fresh bath towels to our room one evening after I had a communication error with the non-English-speaking housekeeper that morning. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Palermo!"

"We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building. Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served).
