"The website and descriptions were deceiving. We got The Queen sweet, the pictures made it look much bigger and cleaner. The "free continental breakfast" did not include hot food, it costs extra to include any eggs, bacon or sausage. Room service did not remake the bed, or fill any toiletries or soap dispensers. "We don't need much for a comfortable stay, and the people at Tally-Ho nailed it all. Comfortable bed, great shower and clean. The staff is patience and very friendly. Even this early in the season, the view from the giant picture window was nice. Definitely recommend. Would stay here again."

"I had an unpleasant experience at touchstone resort. I checked in and got a room. After a while, we realized that the kitchen sink is half filled w water and there is no water supply, the faucet is wrapped by a maintenance rag. We were shocked and we had to rush to the restaurant for dinner as it closes at 8pm. We reported it to the front desk before dinner, then they said they know and they need to move us to another room. "the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
