" The property grew on me but it is very dated, could use freshening, but would stay again.
It is only about a 15 minute easy drive to Sunnybrook Hospital, which is why we were staying there. It is off the road and it quite private. There isn't any restaurants other than the property restaurant close by.
Clean-ish (don't look too closely, would prefer no dust on bedside tables and lamps and mirrors without toothpaste splatter) but sheets where clean and towels were thick and white. Carpets...

"Always enjoy this hotel. Its so close to the subway, staff is pleasant and hotel is very well kept and clean. The breakfast is complimentary and is on the light side, but a good coffee and a toasted bagel is all I need anyways. "

"1st - the front desk manager refused to honour an included extra that was clearly marked on our reservation.
2nd - we got "upgraded" from a King bed room to a larger room - but it only had a Queen bed - despite clearly booking a King bed.
3rd - when I asked to be moved to a King bed room we were given a room that smelled like a homeless shelter."
