"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"Only stayed one night but the hotel room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy with comfy pillows. Room temp was perfect. Only small complaint was that staff was already outside of our room at 8am, slamming doors, yelling and laughing very loudly with each other. it woke me up and I was not able to enjoy my sleep. I understand they have a job to do, however, they can be a bit more quiet and considerate to people who are trying to sleep in and enjoy the room."

"Hotel staff was great and hotel is very clean. Walking score - 10/10 to major attractions! Biggest complaint is that we didn’t get the greatest sleep due to the bathroom door being a barn style full frosted glass door which let all the morning light into the sleeping area from the bathroom windows even with them closed they are not black out type in the bathroom ugh"
