"Clean room , clean hotel , friendly staff .breakfast was on the cold side , travel back and forth to train gets costly ( I thought it was free shuttle) not just day your flight comes and leaves . Snacks are stupid expensive at the hotel , i understand its a Hotel but come on $10 bucks for big bag of chips is robbery , nothing is within walking distance . The train getting to union station is a plus . Overall not bad but probably wouldn't stay again"

"Super convenient location if you’re flying in or out of Pearson. Hotel does offer a shuttle. Breakfast included was good. Hotel is needing a bit of an update but was in good shape for its time.
Only thing to note, if you are travelling with lots of luggage or have a disability there is no elevator so request a room on the first floor."

"This is my second time staying here and you know if I go back that means it was great the first time. The rooms were great. The breakfast was good but I would prefer different meals each day. Overall my stay was great."

"Never realized I was booking such a low end budget hotel. Because I'm traveling with my pet I needed a pet friendly hotel. This hotel smelled so bad of urine, and the smell of old un-maintained conditions. There were ants in the kitchen and roach traps in the cupboards with a roach stuck on it. Cigarette butts all over the ground at one of the exit doors. Not sure if some people rent the rooms & live there, but it was awful. I even took pictures of it. I would have changed hotels but If I...

"The gentleman at the front desk was terrific.
Shuttle was right on time at 6 am. The driver was very entertaining.
Room was great. However, the bathroom tile might need a but of attention.
Overall, I would definitely stay again. "
