"Physical plant: Room was small but well designed and very clean. The view on the harbor was OK - not the hotel's fault - it's just that the harbor is nothing special. It was nice to have the large balcony. The rest of the hotel is very decent. Location: It cannot be any more convenient than this. Close to the train station, the tram station, the biggest shopping mall in Nagasaki. Service: Stellar! Check-in service, taxi service, restaurant reservations, check-out service, service at breakfast....

"The hotel was located right next to the shopping arcade where there were many stores and restaurants. It was also a short 10 min walk to Nagasaki warf. The breakfast was wonderful with well balanced food meticulously prepared. Free self serve laundry was so nice to have. Washers & dryers were clean and worked well. I would stay again."

"We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the main tourist attractions in Nagasaki. Only a 15 minute drive to the Mountain view and a short walk to Chinatown, Dutch slopes and the Glover garden. The location was great. Even the carpark close by were cheap so having a car wasn’t an issue. The place was cosey and clean and it fit me and my 3 family members comfortably. All the usual were provided so we were well looked after. I would recommend this place to anyone who is coming for a quick stop in...
