浴場でゆっくりした後に生ビールのサービス(セルフ)は有難い。スタッフの対応も親切丁寧で好感が沸きました。宿泊した新館は部屋も綺麗でした。窓から、雲仙岳が正面に見えて素敵な景観でした。すぐ近くに眼鏡橋などの観光地もあり、アーケード通りには、歴史のある鰻の福田屋産があり、とても美味しかったです。 おすすめの宿でした。

友人と１泊、お世話になりました。 地元出身の友人の話では元は諫早の老舗ホテルだったそうで、駐車場も館内も広めで庭や大浴場もありました。 ロビーはソファがも多く、落ち着いたしつらえ。 24時間無料でお茶やコーヒーがいただけます。 時間限定でビールやワインも提供されていました。 おつまみのナッツもクオリティが高く、思わず長居 してしまいました。 今回は滞在時間が短く、タイミング的に大浴場は利用 できませんでしたが(朝は利用不可）、それでも十分に ゆったりした気持ちで過ごせました。 スタッフはどの方も丁寧で誠実な印象を受けました。
