"The site is hard to find. It is not on a road, but in areas accessible from parking lots where it is not readily visible. The keys failed on a daily basis. We had to get them reset every day. The indoor pool and the gym were not available. The cleaning service did not respond to the clean room request, then came on a day when we did not request room cleaning.
