"Nice"

"The manager was wonderful extremely professional and attentive. If I could tweak anything it would be the breakfast.....the bread could have been softer and fresher as well as having the butter spreadable. I would have loved option of cream instead of the powdered creamer offered. Overall my stay was decent....that was because of the manager. Thank you!"

"Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty."

"Parking was excellent, right up close to the entrance to our wing of the complex. A really quick response for extra towels for our second night. Bath fixtures were not so great. Ceiling above the tub had visible, brown water damage. The tub filler spout was loose. The chrome towel bar had significant rust damage. The tub/toilet area was uncomfortably cramped for space for opening the door or drying off after bathing."

"The property was well maintained and presents as modern and updated. Enjoyed relaxing in the bar area for drinks and light evening meals. Our server (Caucasian woman, black rim glasses...sorry I don't have her name) was exceptional"

"First room was put in the toilet looked like something out of horror movie that hadn’t been cleaned in years. Checked bed to see stains and boogers on it. Got moved to another room which was ok but only had one towel in it which pretty sure was the floor mat so you don’t slide getting out the shower. Asked for some more towels and another pillow told they didn’t have either. People next to us started fighting at 1 am went to call front desk room phone didn’t work so had to call on cell phone...

"After ck in we found the tv didn’t work. So Cris for the frt. desk came up and decided to move us next door. Easy peasy smooth transition."

"We had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to return to the front desk before we could check in. The sidewalk at the front was chipped, broken, and hard to roll carts/suitcases over. The entire hotel, even our room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet odor in the room. The carpeting in the hallways was widely stained. The mattress was sagging toward the center of the bed. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose. Even the toilet was loose and wobbly. I have stayed at...

"Every thing was great, especially for an airport hotel. Staff were helpful and the room was larger than I expected."
