"First, let me say, the staff is the aboslutely best, and most friendly. This was iur 3rd time at this location. They are awesome. The hotel us spotless. Breakfast perfect. We will drive 10 hours again for the zoo, and stay here again"

"The room was very nice and recently renovated. I loved the bathroom with a water fall shower and great water pressure. Only downside side was no elevator, staff very kind to help with luggage up 11/2 flight of stairs. "

Living room window wasn't properly sealed and let in both cold air and ants (crawling on the sill and vent). The couch had stained cushions, and the curtains had staining and rips. "It was nice to have a crib provided and it served its purpose. The room was nice, however, I feel like a bit more attention to housekeeping (dish towel was tattered and had human hair wound up in it); the carpeted floors weren't thoroughly vacuumed (our 15 mo old daughter is good at finding little bits of debris and hair that didn't belong to us); the dishwasher wasn't secured in its place, but it was still functional.
