"Clean rooms, full hot delicious breakfast bar included, soap in assigned room was empty upon arrival. I reported to front desk and they replaced soap. Housekeeping replenished towels daily."

"When we checked in, the lady didn't tell me anything besides what our room number was. Not the hours of the pool, restaurant info, check out time, where anything was. When we got to our room, it smelled very musty."

"The front desk people for check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Lots checked in at once and the guy was calm and nice. The place was clean in every area and no complaint but our air conditioner had an issue. Not a big deal for us, but they were great in asking if we had any issues and will llook into it. "Did ask about credit card use, just charged card on file. No pool towels. Same breakfast everyday, change up main selections offer scrambled eggs and bacon. Our daughter got a room and one plug was melted, no one should have been in that room until plug repaired. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Staff didn't listen to complaints. Bed not comfy."
