"Hotel is brand new and it shows! Everything is clean and spacious. The staff was excellent. Great location. In addition to free breakfast, they also offer free (larger than normal) snacks and drinks in the restaurant area in the evening. That was a surprising nice bonus. We were very impressed"

"We arrived in Pigeon Forge and checked into a hotel that was covered in black mold. A quick search popped up this hotel. We were initially hesitant, believing we needed to be on the Parkway. Boy, was I wrong! We drove up to a beautiful, well-lit, and inviting property that was mere seconds from parking for The Island.
