"The property location is good with shops nearby. But the property condition was very poor with leakage in the bathroom, bed rugged with a sagging mattress so much so that my daughter now has a sore back due to sleeping in that. The property did not have a drinking water fountain anywhere and the only option was to fill water from the bathroom. The staff were however very warm and were doing their best to help. "

"Due to heavy bookings for UTA event we stayed in a twin room the first night booked direct with motel it was OK for 2 adults 1 teen but we found the second night much better, same sort of facilities but just extra space (this Expedia booking). "Spacious apartment and you cannot beat the location for access to Leura’s mall, the station, the highway and the Elysian Bar & Restaurant across the road. A tip from us, do not believe Expedia’s message that reception is only open Monday to Friday. In fact it’s open both days of the weekend which made check in (at the top of the driveway) very easy."

"The hot water wasn't working and when we called reception they repeatedly didn't answer. Reception was very slow. There was no microwave in the room although mentioned in the information page. Clean room, clean property and nice gardens. Some noises at night."
