"This is a budget motel, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The room had the usual budget motel musty smell. The shower stall is small. But on the positive side, the room had a couch, a dining table, and the table settings needed to have breakfast in the room. The heater worked well, as did the available blankets."

"This is the perfect place to unwind in style and enjoy a bit of luxury on a budget. We loved the hot tub, gorgeous gardens, tennis court, and having fine dining on site was an unexpected bonus. Truly, you have to eat at the restaurant, it is next level. The staff are super friendly and even let my husband into our room hours before check in so he could work while he waited for me to arrive. "We liked the room which was bright and spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was little noticeable room cleaning and beds were left unmade for all three nights. Breakfast is quite basic and fresh coffee costs extra. Decor is quite olde-worlde. But we were very comfortable there."

"Had a great experience with 3 sisters motel. They were really responsive for our needs and very nearby to Three sisters-echo point and lots of cafes are nearby. The bus stop is just 30 feet away. Would select this place again if I visit Blue mountains again."

"It was definitely a clean room, was disappointed with general condition of the outside of the hotel being rather run-down and sad, it definitely was in need of some TLC. Also not a good look to stack laundry bags near the outside wall of our room (at least a dozen). Shower wasn't great due to water pressure, either scorching hot or freezing cold. "The property location is good with shops nearby. But the property condition was very poor with leakage in the bathroom, bed rugged with a sagging mattress so much so that my daughter now has a sore back due to sleeping in that. The property did not have a drinking water fountain anywhere and the only option was to fill water from the bathroom. The staff were however very warm and were doing their best to help. "
