"We had a one night stay and it was a perfect hotel for this. Check-in was seamless and a lovely room with en-suite facilities was plenty big enough with tea making facilities. Bed was very comfy. I ate in the evening and food was a good quality and staff really helpful. The following morning we asked if an extra person could join us for breakfast and were informed this was no problem and we discussed some food intolerances that they had and once again the staff were really helpful and able to provide detailed information. Excellent cooked breakfast with fruit and continental breakfast also available. Thoroughly recommend this hotel at such great value."

"Second Nature Southampton is a lovely hotel. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a nicely sized bathroom. It’s not a far walk to Oxford Street, where you can find a collection of good restaurants and pubs. St. Mary’s Stadium, the goal of our trip, was an easy twenty minute walk away. The friendly front desk staff can get a little overwhelmed, as they have to attend to check-ins and the cafe; and if you have an email with your parking confirmation, have it ready, otherwise you may be told to park on the street. Overall, they do their best to accommodate you. So if you’re going to Southampton, Second Chance is a fine choice for lodging."
