"幼い子ども２人を含む４人で利用しました。 ホテル内はとても綺麗でしたが、ボディーソープのポンプ部分が汚れていたのだけが少し気になりました。 あと空調が全館一括管理ということでした。 部屋の中が少し暑く温度を下げたかったのですが、暖房しか作動せず、幼い子がいたので窓は開けたくなかったのですが、窓を開けるしかなかったのが残念でした。 体感温度は個々に違うと思うので、部屋ごとに冷房暖房を切り替えれたらよかったなと感じました。"

"The room is fantastic and so is the location given that it’s right next to the train station, but this is NOT a hotel. You sign in using a machine and you can’t drop your luggage in advance, or leave them there after which is frustrating when you’re arriving earlier. No human interaction at all, but the room is truly beautiful and it has an outdoor shower."

"Staff was really helpful about ferry schedule to nearby Islands and bus schedule to nearby beaches. They made a lot of helpful suggestions and everything was very smooth. They were probably the most helpful hotel staff we experienced in Japan, and we enjoyed talking with them. We tried the breakfast in the cafe one day and it was good. Would absolutely stay there again."
