"The room was dirty and the bathroom the chair in the room was peeling bad should of been replaced staff all I wanted was a copy of showing to refund my card staff couldn’t provide it"

"Bugs in our room. Staff called me a liar. Showed her a picture. She said that’s not our hotel. Took a video of the room and the bugs. They entered and searched the room without permission. Beds are hard as a rock. HVAC is disgusting. Hair all over bathroom "

"All in all, the place is pretty decent. Staff don't really talk to you much. The hotel is decently clean. No amenities to this place. It was decently quiet every night. There was one night that a woman was outside screaming at her boyfriend, I just minded my business and went inside. My only complaints are the bed was pretty firm and that the hot water doesn't get hotter than room temperature. "

"I have stayed in a lot of hotels, even other Red Roof Inn's hit this by far was the absolute worse one. I asked for joining rooms, didn’t get it. The front entrance area smelled awful. The front girl was nice but that was it. Here's a list of just some things wrong with this hotel: 1. Rooms were completely disgusting. We switched rooms because of dirtiness all to get even another dirty two rooms. They smelled of mold. I went to the store and got bleach to wipe things down. It did nit help....
