Bathroom door won’t close toilet tank lid broken then glued together shower head broken. Reception attendant still use COVID-19 excuse for no breakfast. If your looking for a cheap n dirty hotel this is it

The pool was closed. The bedding was stained. There was a noise from the plumbing that happened intermittently all night! The noise was from the plumbing in the bathroom. The ceiling above the bed and the walls in the bathroom had stains on them (that could have been cleaned). The bathroom door was broken around around the handle as if someone tried to get in. I stayed in room 225. I reported the noisy plumbing

Overall, our one night stay was good. The mini fridges in both rooms were frozen over when we got there, but they were still working. In one room, the microwave plate was either taken out or stolen. Other than that, our check-in and check out went smooth.

Went to the property and found bugs in my bed. I immediately went back to the front and told the receptionist that I'm not staying here with my family. I left and Now waiting on expedia to refund my money and fix the issue

Not the cleanest. Not the safest either. We had issues with other people staying playing loud music until 2 am, screaming and partying, harassing us, urinating right outside out window. Called me names for making a noise complaint and lurked outside our room until we had to call the police. Waiting on a refund.

Room is ok for overnight stay to sleep and shower. Had holes in bath towels and found a pair of false eyelashes attached to clean washcloth. Beds were comfy but one bed had food crusted on sheets.

You get what you pay for.

Service was fine. Bed was comfortable. Temperature was good. Room was shabby. I avoided the bathtub and one of the washcloths was a stained rag. The price was what I could afford.
