"Have stayed multiple times here. But that last time was in 2023. Since then it must have sold. Just came from 4 nights here. Free breakfast needed some protein items rather than all carbs. And the strong incense smell in the lobby was a turn off when looking at breakfast options. Rooms are needing some improvements but for a basic motel it met all the marks. The staff were friendly."

"Across the street from a great section of the beach- staff here were fantastic. Little hiccup with the reservation through expedia, but it got sorted right out with no stress. Rooms are clean, bed was suoer comfortable, and honestly of all things the shower was a family favorite! Will absolutely book here anytime we come to York again in the future!"

"We had an ocean view, King suite it was absolutely outstanding, beautiful view very overwhelming how gorgeous the property was how helpful everyone was and how clean everything was loved everything about it. I just wish we had more time to spend there cause there was just so much to see and do and enjoy and relax. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone going to York Maine."

"This property was on my wish list as I have walked by it many times and imagined staying there with that view. The staff was very helpful and parking was easy. Our rooms were in the original building with the water view and outside deck. Although very clean, they definitely need updating- squeaky slider doors, noisy air conditioner, and the size of the bathroom was smaller than small. I guess I expected more for that price point."
