"The room was clean and spacious and location was perfect with walkability everywhere. I would say that the cost of parking and or valet was a little higher than usual. We did have an issue with the air conditioner in our room. No matter what temp it was set on it would not cool the room to that temp and the room felt damp. We called the front desk three times about the issue and they sent maintenance immediately and each time they said keep the fan on the "ON" position to work properly. ...

"Union Bluff is a charming hotel right by the ocean. The food at the pub was delicious, and the bartender/waitress was incredibly friendly. The view of the ocean from our room was absolutely breathtaking! I specifically booked this room so I could open the window and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, which I find so relaxing. Unfortunately, there was a gas exhaust pipe just outside the window, so I couldn't keep it open as I had hoped. That was a bit of a letdown. Despite that, I'd...

"Checking into our room the safe was not working they told us we could change rooms and the room they gave us was a small triangler shaped room very claustrophobic, so we opted to stay in our original room took them several hours to fix safe so we lost our morning and early afternoon because of it"
