"Beautiful room and the best view and sounds of the ocean. Great restaurant underneath. I’m an early riser but it is really noisy starting first thing on the morning. Traffic and deliveries. If you like privacy in your deck ask for the 3rd floor."

"These folks are so friendly and accommodating! They'll go ot out their way for you. Just don't nick pick at them, they're trying and its a family affair! The price is economical, you won't be disappointed, I mean, c'mon, you're 100yds from the beach, sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs."

"Across the street from a great section of the beach- staff here were fantastic. Little hiccup with the reservation through expedia, but it got sorted right out with no stress. Rooms are clean, bed was suoer comfortable, and honestly of all things the shower was a family favorite! Will absolutely book here anytime we come to York again in the future!"

"My room was not as clean as I was hoping. There was still leftover stuff on the stove that I scrubbed off. The pans and stuff all had this weird film to it even after I washed it. The cups didn’t feel or look super clean and my sheets and pillow had little hairs on it. Although I asked for new sheets those had hair too so I shook everything off and tried to move on. The room itself was great and super spacious just felt like it overall could’ve been cleaner. Even the carpet seemed a little old....

"Breakfast was good - variety of choices. Wish they offered fresh muffins. Was a little disappointed with the evening menu. Have stayed here a few times and always looked forward to the dining experience. Found the menu to be limited and basic. The restaurant staff was obviously short handed probably due to new immigration standards however the staff were readily available to help and always pleasant serving with a smile. Room was clean and appropriately decorated. Have stayed at this property...

Room was clean but did find ants in room but only three and I was checking out the next day so told the person Tiffinay at front deck about it and she said she would tell maintenance. She was wonderful and let me stay another 1:2 hour so that I could go to breakfast. Would stay again ."

"The woman that checked us in was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. All the necessary soaps and linens were available. The bed was a little softer than we are used to, but still very comfortable. The A/C unit was easy to control. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and fresh! A good assortment of cereals, bakery items, juice, hot items (make your own waffles, a pre-made omelet tea, sausage patties and home fries). Would definitely book this hotel again."
