"We really loved our spontaneous trip to Rotorua. Thanks to Ripple! The room was warm and incredibly clean! Located right in front of the Rotorua luge which makes so easy to go and enjoy the activity early! We also loved the spa and heated pool. My child loved the trampoline and the playground! Great for families with young children!"

"We got this place because it could cater to a party of 7 adults + 2 kids. Surprisingly when we got the keys we could have easily slept 12-14 people as we had more beds then heads. This made our stay super comfortable. Beds were comfy and there was lots of space, it wasn't cramped. It's not a super modern motel but was great value for money, especially for a big group. I will book here again."

"My stay here as a solo traveler was the best decision I made for my trip. Dave and Shami were so friendly, kind, welcoming, and just genuinely good people. The room was so cozy and has an incredible view overlooking Rotorua. The breakfast spread was incredible and it was lovely to spend some time talking to other travelers about where they’re from and get ideas. "The reviews must be old found the shower tiles to have a slop that when wet made it quite slippery rest of bathroom quite ok bed abit averidge but ok for budget accom the breakfast is not to book cold bacon and powdered eggs and cold and hashbrowns cold and horrible the first staff just grunted at guests second staff much better and quite pleasant Breakfast served minus a spoon to eat it remind me never order breakfast when booking accom"
