"Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Breakfast was superb and fantastically started my day. Surrounding is quite quiet restaurants in the premises often not open. Will come again soon"

"This by far, the only affordable-range of hotel that is generous in terms of room space! Room rate includes breakfast too. Room is not tiny! Check-in & out is via a kiosk but super easy. Location has beautiful view of bay. Plenty of train stations to walk to and connect you. Hotel has shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland! Highly recommended!"

"Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying...

"Très bel hotel. Situé dans un joli quartier, calme et pas loin de Shinjuku. Il y a une station de métro à 5 minutes à pieds. Chambre petite (standard de Tokyo) mais agréable. "

"The staff was the best! The hotel is just off the main area of Shinjuku which was nice, but still close to the subway, restaurants, and shopping. Honestly, I don’t know why this hotel is not rated higher. Great stay!"

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"Good aiport hotel, very convenient especially if you arriving at terminal 3 and catching another flight tomorrow morning. Shuttle buses are avaiable to move to other telerminals. The room is small and decent (comparable to other Japanese hotel). And the breakfast is very good!"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
