"After a bumpy start and no a/c in the room I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and a/c. The reception team were so nice, especially the gentleman who was an Arsenal fan. I didn’t get his name but he was lovely and very personable. I had a drink in the bar in the evening and all the team were lovely. The bar was busy but I didn’t have to wait long to get served."

"Our family choose to stay at Novotel in recent 2 years because of the hotel is dog friendly. This time we were so disappointed because of the staff at the restaurant. Every time we went to hotel’s restaurant in past 2 years, we used to be seated indoor just opposite the buffet area. This time the staff said just allow guard dogs and not quite friendly to my pet.
