"Broken elevators, no AC in halls, pool absolute atrocity. Hilton should be ashamed to associate their name with this property. Not even a bathtub, just a shower in room. Will never stay again. Downtown Hilton Capital is the one to beat if you par at the levee. "

"I attempted to pay for valet and desired it. After I was ignored , had to drive my car to entrance , get my belongings out, ask for a cart, load my own items up, bring it my room , and for the valet guy to ask me to bring cart down . I immediately wanted it off my tab. This individual ignored me and serviced everyone around me. They only had one valet guy for this establishment which is another negative ."

"Overall, to me, things could’ve been a lot better for what they tried to advertise, even down to the bed sizing. Those were not true queen-size beds. I also believe that for everything that was offered, the lights barely working or flickering on and off, and us having to settle for what we got just wasn’t pleasing. "Clean room, clean kitchen and bathroom. The elevator had a stench and wasnt clean. Pool filter wasn't really filtering well. Breakfast was decent. Room air conditioner didnt really didnt get the room cool. "

"Manager very helpful and available to assist. All front desk workers were friendly. Clean room and bathroom. Stayed on 4th floor, elevator was always clean (even with workers using the elevator). Close to food establishments. Would stay here again. Just note the road to inn is full of potholes, but it is just a very short distance."

"This was my first time staying at Drury Inn Suites. I was very pleased! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I will be traveling back to Baton Rouge in a couple of months and will stay here again."
