"Stayed 4 nights in October 2024. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. All of them from front office to restaurant and doorman are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower. Water is accumulating on the shower floor while showering; it drains but not fast enough so that your feet is not soaked in the water. Cony from Canada "

On my first night stay my room doesn’t have air condition, no Wi-Fi, no hot water, they gave me a folding bed and when I complained to the front desk, they told me it’s because I checked in late. (Stupid excuses). On my day 2 they transferred me to a decent room. On days 5 of my stay it was a decent room but very weak Wi-Fi. Hotel employees are friendly and has 24 hours security."
