"The staff was great for the first two stay after that the front desk lady was changed. I don’t think she likes kids much. There were nowhere to hang out for kids, we stay at the front of the hotel for a bit and was told we were too loud disturbing other peoples. Can improve the breakfast alittle more. I like the fruits and bagels other than that maybe add scramble eggs? We end up ordering from IHOP and Denny’s for the 3 days. The room were very clean, room service was excellent. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel seems fairly new, and while we didn’t try the breakfast or spend time in the common areas, our room was a highlight—spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. A couple of things stood out, though. There’s a charge for parking, which was frustrating, especially since the lot is large and doesn’t appear to have limited space. "The entire place is very dated and dirty. The hallways are dark, the elevator is dirty and so are the rooms. As soon as I walked into the room it had a strange odor. The carpet in the room was filthy and has several stains. The bedsheets also stained. All the furniture is chipped and falling apart. Not happy at all with my stay. Plus it took about 30 minutes to check in since there was only one employee in the lobby. Never again!"

"This hotel is wonderful, it is conveniently located close to the parks, the rooms are clean. The free express passes are the best amenity that we received. The pools and restaurants are great, We had dinner at the Palm which was the best dinner that trip. There were some improvements that could be made. The shuttle to the newest park runs every half an hour so we took an uber there. The other issue we had was the first day when we returned from the park at 4:00pm our room was not cleaned....
