"I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. "I booked a breakfast included stay. All I ate was a tub of yoghurt and was charged $20+ on my credit card. I have disputed this with the hotel directly and was told they didn’t know what the extra charge was but have not refunded the charge. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR IMPROPER CHARGES FROM THIS HOTEL."

"Staff upon check in was great. Room was clean and smelled great. The shower was nice and spacious but was built bad because a lot of the water drained out into the main bathroom, there was not lip to keep the water in the shower. We had to use all of our towels to soak up the run off in order to not have a slipping issue in the middle of the night. Luckily the towel cart was out that morning so we grabbed a few on the way by. "The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). "Our flight was canceled late at night and we weren't leaving until the following morning, so we needed a place to stay. When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!"
