"There was no phone to call for food service at the Lobby Bistro. You had to come down to the Lobby to order food and then wait for it to be ready. Would have been easier to call in an order from our room and then get a call back when it was ready. "

"Everything was good, but the breakfast buffet and bartender was not up to par. I came orginially for the breakfast and the bar, but I will not be coming back. I would rather stay at another hotel. Front desk was great, especially the man up front checking people in during the pm session. I don't remember his name, but he was very personable and attended to our very needs. He also, remembers the guest, which is excepationally great. HE NEEDS A BONUS!!!!!!!"

"Staff was very courteous and friendly. Stayed here last minute with my mom due to our flights to Chicago being cancelled due to a blizzard. Paid a reasonable amount I feel for the room we got. We did not pay for breakfast but there was free water available at night for guests from a dispenser and free coffee in the morning as well. Staff interacted with us and were so kind, the transport to the airport was a large reason for why we chose to stay at this location. If we ever needed to, would...
