"The girl for Night staff isn't friendly"

"This place is so Hip! The decor is amazing! Very close to grapevine mall and bass pro. Great food nearby. There is a bar in the lobby with a pool table and you can order food. Watching the planes fly in every 2 minutes! The bed was so comfy!!! And the black out shades made sleeping in great! If I had to give one thing that wasn’t great it would be if you are in Menopause bring a FAN! It does get cool but there isn’t a way for the Air/fan to blow constantly caused it to be warm and stuffy….. but never fear there is a target and Walmart near by making the second night incredible having a fan. The staff was so friendly and check in was quick and easy!! The bartender was great! Dallas farmers market and trader village are just about a 20 minute drive. "

"Room was clean and in good condition. Main issue is shuttle to the airport - it only runs every 40 minutes and the promised "within 15 minutes is obviously deceptive. Took over 1 hour from time of contact to get to Hotel in zero traffic."

"Cleanliness, the issue was we were at 2nd floor first and have to moved to 3rd floor, Because 2nd floor has a bad odor throughout the whole floor, smells like a clog toilet with poop on it. Basically saying smell like s*** the entire floor Respecftfully"

"Great stay! My kids had a blast. Only thing was the water smelled so bad when we got out and hung our suits up. It smelled like body odor. Otherwise we had a great time! "

"Stayed in the Presidental suite on 12th floor for our anniversary. This room must be forgotten and where things to go to perish. Lights did not work in the office area by the bedroom. The wall lights in the dining area did not work. Dark out curtain missing from the bedroom to block out the morning sun and per the engineering staff, there were not any available to fix it. The faucet at the wet bar was very loose and leaning at almost a 45 degree angle. The bedroom AC took until the second night to cool the room down enough not too sweat as we slept. The right side sink in the master bath had no water pressure. No tv remote in the living area. The mattress definitely was not as comfortable as their other rooms we stayed in. Someone with the staff was supposed to call me regarding the issues but they never did. Definitely would not recommend for a place to celebrate a special occasion. On a positive note, the shower was amazing. "
