"Booked this hotel because website said there was indoor heated pool! Was there with to young kids and all they wanted to do was swim. Pool was NOT heated- water was very cold. Informed desk after checkin and told engineering would be notified and hopeful fix! Next morning - still no heat in pool- unable to use. Breakfast was good - room ok- but since whole point of getting a room was the heated pool- stay was very disappointing!"

"Each morning (we only stayed two nights), when we woke up, our drink cups sitting next to the bed were covered in ants. When we told the staff the first day, they said they would make a note of it. On the second day, after showing them a picture, the front desk staff said they would report it. The staff seemed dismissive about the fact they were ants in the room."

"Our hotel room's air conditioning did not work. The weather was not bad so we dealt with it. The stay was work related and we were in and out and did not have time to get corrected. I will be staying by the DFW airport again this week, just not sure if the stay was worth the $$$. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. It is definitely a family friendly and safe place for children. We used the hot tub and it was very pleasant, except for the foam it produced."
