"Staff"

"Amazing room. Staff was excellent. The bar with food options was extremely helpful due to an unplanned stay. We did use the shuttle for transportation back to airport which is an excellent service. I would definitely stay again in the same location due to proximity to airport."

"Check in was a disaster, the Lady was dumb as a rock, kept making mistakes, told me a room would be ready in 30 mins, I waited 2 hrs, then another dumb lady suggested they are not even in communication " not in the loop" when it comes to getting rooms ready. I wont ever be back, period "

"Gorgeous hotel, you get what you pay for…except parking. It baffles me that you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest. No one is walking there, so charging $30 a night for self parking is crazy to me. Anyway, it is a gorgeous hotel, we had an atrium view room which we paid extra for. We had some food from the sports bar, it was decent, nothing to write home about. "

"El hotel esta limpio pero huele muy mal. Dicen tener transporte gratuito pero les llamas al telefono y nadie contesta, solo te llevan del hotel al aeropuerto y pague 56 dolares por un taxi porque su telefono no funciona."

"The room was clean and cold loved it! The pool was cold, but my son had fun in it. The breakfast was great, many options to choose from and all delicious! We checked in Friday, checked out Monday and we didn't have any housekeeping stop by our room, I thought it was because I had the sign on the door, and I was told it didn't matter.. It's all good though because we were checking out the next morning. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again whenever we have another visit to the area. It's so close so many things, very convenient! "
