"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"It was quite loud in the evening when sleeping. Also it was cold and there was no extra bedding for warmth. Also missing hand towels for the kitchen while cooking. And there was only a washing machine when it said washer dryer. "
