"Didn’t look that special pulling up but I would stay there again over other super fancy hotels. Great location. Great staff. Definitely more oriented to families. Has cornhole, giant connect four, a nice outdoor pool and a walk up to the beach. Not a good beach for snorkeling. The west side of Kauai has rough waters. But an easy drive up to hanalei or poipu. Would 10/10 recommend."

"Probably the only good thing was its location. I use Expedia quite a bit and reviews have been reliable but found it misleading for this particular property. We passed property twice when we first arrived thinking it can not be the hotel with such high reviews for a vacation we’ve been looking forward for many months. "Good location to be central to Kauai and airport access. Can drive up north or south easily. The rooms were clean but dated. The same with the bathrooms. We came when they were doing updates( may 2026)so areas were closed off to us that would have been nice to utilize when we were there. "The bed is good. AC unit is a small window unit that has buttons you have to make guess(nothing is marked). AC unit is loud when it’s running. It’s a good location for everything. The island is small anyway"

"Staff and property conditions were great. The issue I had was that you can hear the room next door clearly, and the people were awake and making noises at 5:00 in the morning. Also, there was no early check in and check out was at 10:00 and there is no flexibility for a late check out. Sadly, this was one of the few places that was not worth the amount paid."
