"Didn’t look that special pulling up but I would stay there again over other super fancy hotels. Great location. Great staff. Definitely more oriented to families. Has cornhole, giant connect four, a nice outdoor pool and a walk up to the beach. Not a good beach for snorkeling. The west side of Kauai has rough waters. But an easy drive up to hanalei or poipu. Would 10/10 recommend."

"My wife and I stayed at Aston Islander on the Beach for our honeymoon, making this trip especially meaningful. While the location is excellent, several issues impacted our stay. Upon arrival, we did not receive the advertised shell lei greeting and had to request it after seeing other guests receive one. "Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal."

"Staff and property conditions were great. The issue I had was that you can hear the room next door clearly, and the people were awake and making noises at 5:00 in the morning. Also, there was no early check in and check out was at 10:00 and there is no flexibility for a late check out. Sadly, this was one of the few places that was not worth the amount paid."
