"Lovely Hotel in a great location. The views are stunning, the hotel is located directly on the beach. Our signature room was amazing, very clean, large bathroom, water bottles replaced every day and every amenity necessary. Restaurant was fabulous, with a great , varied menu. Very friendly staff, and a well kept, clean beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"A traditional no frills farmhouse B&B set in tranquil countryside surrounds with southerly views. Not too from the lovely town of Tavistock. I was greeted by friendly courteous staff and given a very spacious room for the price and a tasty cooked breakfast to boot. Excellent value for money. I really enjoyed the overnight stay and would definitely recommend to others."

"Fabulous hotel. Friendly staff and wonderful position. We had a gorgeous room over looking the estuary. Couldn't fault anything. My husband collapsed in Salcombe and everyone at the hotel was very helpful, particularly members of the public who came to my husbands aid. I did thank the people that helped us but not having anyone's telephone numbers was not able to thank them properly. It was so appreciated. "We didn't make it in time to try the restaurant, but the menu looked great, as was the St Austell beer. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our rooms in the annex next door. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had all we needed. Breakfast was from a great selection and we checked out without issue. Fantastic. "

"Bed was lovely nice linen .. basic facilities we paid a lot more then my friends £10 extra to take your dog .. shower was only hot for myself and cold for my partner same for my friend’s.. needed to find a toilet roll from downstairs as only half in the room which wasn’t quite ready at 3:40 .. ok for one night"
