"We had a lovely stay at 4 Friends House. The communication beforehand was great and we received a very friendly welcome. Our room was a good size, well-equipped and was very clean. There are very good transport connections - lots of buses in the vicinity and only a 10/15 minute walk to the shore at Leith. Staff was very freindly, rooms were clean, and the place was very quiet. Great walking location for anywhere in Edinburgh. We never even need a car.
