"Firstly, this hotel is in the perfect location for access to the old town, and only a few minutes to the new town. It's right next to Waverley train station, so if you're traveling from the airport, the Airlink 100 which leaves outside of the airport is perfect as it drops you off 2 mins from the hotel. Upon arrival on the 7th floor reception, we were offered free champagne and we managed to get into our room an hour early. Great start to the holiday. We were upgraded to a Vista room on floor 6...

"We had a lovely stay at the Linton Collection Apartments over Christmas. This was our third year spending Christmas here and once again we loved it. The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. "Very clean apartment with great amenities and in the perfect location (walking distance to everything). Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer on the second floor, the room was very clean, and the staff answered my call on the first ring when I had trouble with the keypad. The place is a super close walk to the Airlink 100 airport bus stop but is a little difficult to find at first since there are no overhead signs.
