Northwest Rochester Budget Hotels from RM263

"I have been in many hotels over the years. I have stayed in plenty of Holiday Inns. The hotel itself was okay, the staff was okay, the room was okay-ish. The worst thing, BY FAR, was the bed. Again, I have traveled all over the country and have been in 100s of hotel beds. To say this is the worst mattress I have ever had the displeasure of trying to sleep on is absolutely INSANE. I sat down on the end of the bed and was instantly concerned. The bed was rock hard and I not only felt BUT HEARD the springs in the mattress creek and crunch. My husband and I slept ON TOP of the blankets to try and have some type of padding. I was absolutely CRIPPLED from sleeping on this mattress for 4 hours. I was unable to get out of bed unassisted and it took me 2 hours before I could attempt to stand upright. I am writing this 8 hours after getting home and having to go to Urgent Care because the pain is unbearable. A quick overnight trip for my wedding anniversary has ended in horrific pain, urgent care and a boatload of steroids and pain relievers. Definitely not an anniversary I want to remember. I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn ever again."

"The room was clean. The staff were super nice and helpful! The pool was clean but busy with obnoxious kids which made it hard for other kids to enjoy. It was loud the doors slam from the other rooms and there was kids running up and down the hall. "

"The room was clean, updated and the bathroom was very nice. Shower worked great and the soap/shampoo dispensers are a nice option (in case you left yours at home). "
