"Restaurant staff excellent. Room??? Lights flickering. Sink plug not working. Kind man gave us a screwdriver to poke it. "

"From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. We were then shown our room which was perfect, and matched the quaint pub, the bed was comfortable. tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, & water readily available, en-suite with shower and t.v. Breakfast was lovely all fresh and local produce. Final evening we had a lovely meal which coincided with my husbands birthday, the dessert came out...

"We were happy with the service received. The hotel was easy to find and slightly away from the hustle and bustle that you find closer to Bicester village shopping which was nice. The building is modern and clean, the carpark accommodates comfortably. The staff at the reception desk were smiley and pleasant to speak to, they also gave us a discount code for parking so it was £7 for 24 hours. "Breakfast was Luke warm / not much bread left for toast as I assumed that most items were consumed by an overnight coach tour party staying overnight with earlyish departure. One staff member on duty probably having to cover for restaurant In the room which was ok the only problem was when you empty the wash basin the waste water came up the bath plug hole"
