Cari Chalet di Northeast Los Angeles

"Well the room we had was nice and spacious but the water stinks. Once the sink is on, stinks like sewage water. The staff are nice but we had to cut our trip by one day and he would refund our last night. By law they suppose to. Whatever.."

"We were probably more demanding than the average client. The staff were very accommodating and patient with us. It looks like there has been recent renovation and improvement of the property. The room was very comfortable and clean. They clean and change linens every second day, which is fine with us, and reduces cost. The location is good. We chose this place in particular because it was very conveniently located near several places we wanted to visit."

"The room was decent, a bit dated. The beds were very hard, but our friends who stayed in another room said their bed was good so depends what room you get. I recommend bringing your own pillows, I went to the closest Walmart to purchase a pillow because they were very flat and made our necks hurt. There was one pincher bug in the bathroom. We also put the sign up to get our room cleaned but no one ever came so we had to use our own toilet paper that we had in our car, wish they had more towels...

"The room was very small & comforters werent good."

"I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"I booked a single bed online and payment was allowed at check-out, so I took that. When I got there about an hour after check-in opened, he told me they had given the room out and my reservation was cancelled "because I hadn't paid". He had no other rooms and basically told me to go away. I stood and argued and eventually his wife came and they found a double room which I could use until a single one was ready. Later they said I may as well stay in it. It had wifi. The room was old and run down,...

"The homeowner canceled on me the day the trip was to begin. Please provide my refund asap"
