"Overall, the stay was disappointing, with a few bright spots. Check-in was smooth although they let a lot of cars park in the front of the hotel, against their policy, which makes the walk a lot longer to get to the check in. and the staff were very friendly and clearly doing their best, especially considering it was opening weekend for the Pirates and the hotel was extremely busy. That said, the property itself needs significant improvement. Parking was unavailable when I arrived, which was...

"Elevators in hotel were malfunctioning all weekend. Had to walk up and down 10 flights multiple times. No hot water in shower (overheard many guests saying they experienced the same). "
