"The property was clean and there was active staff tending to the property and maintenance I have overall no complaints except : 1. I was given a disgusting stained pool towel although you could tell it was clean there was stain that was obviously not removable it looked gross and I hadn’t notice until I was already lining the chair with it . Embarrassing 2. The food options could use more variety especially staying for up to a week Highlight disappointed with no oxtail I would have even paid an up charge. For the size of the dining hall more options could have been offered instead of repeating options in different spots. Also with no room service , late night options were limited to nachos beef patties and sandwiches which the bread was terribly dry and hard from being refrigerated. 3. All pools closed at 6pm for an all inclusive adults only option that seemed a bit off brand . That being said the overall experience was wonderful staff , cleaners , bartenders, waiters and waitresses were WONDERFUL! The room was very clean I liked having some beverages stocked in the fridge and the balcony space was decent. The entertainment was great and the entertaining staff was wonderful I especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson show they did an amazing job."

"It was a great place for vacation. The hallway gets noisy and the doors slam loudly. Sometimes the tile floors are wet and slippery. There should be additional grab bars in the shower. However the staff was helpful and friendly. The buffet was great. Pool and entertainment was great fun."

"I went to Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica with my friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. This was my 1st time at an all inclusive resort and let me say this resort is breathtaking! The beach was insanely beautiful, there were various clean/clear pools and hot-tubs, and my personal favorite, the jerk hut! I lived off of jerk chicken with rice & peas during my stay and loved it. The resort was amazing and I'd definitely recommend it. Say hi to Fabian, one of their amazing butlers that welcomes you the second you step foot onto the property."
