"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.

Host speak little bit English-speaking but no issues for communication. Good hotel in area "

Its a little out the way from main strip in Tam Coc so its a cab ride or cycle into town. We used Grab to get about or the hotel can organise a cab. Its very peaceful and quiet which we loved.

Hoa Lu ,Tam coc are a great scenery to view when I drive around on my motorbike which are mountain on both side and river .we really like it
"Super cute layout; rooms instagramable staff help arrange driver for excursions he was kind and offered ice cold water afterwards, we were so thankful for that. Overall a we had best location for seeing everything. Bike rentals and breakfast was available. "

"Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here!
