"We stayed here over a bank holiday weekend for Spa break. We were disappointed with immediately after arrival on the day, were shown the leisure/spa facilities of the hotel, which we thought was the spa in the pics, we were not advised otherwise. Spoiler alert, the actual spa isn’t in the same premises, the one on the premises is pretty much like a local leisure centre with tired facilities. We only found the next day that we had to leave the premises to go to the actual spa after my husband...

Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. "Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us. We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. "
