Hotels near Newfound Gap

"The room was and lobby were clean. We enjoyed our stay; however there were a few cons. They are dog friendly; however, there is not place for animals to use the bathroom anywhere close, so it appears most have fertilized their landscape. The property could benefit from a small area set aside for animals with a complimentary waste bag kiosk. Also, when we arrived, our room was 50 degrees with no heat and it took hours to heat up to a tolerable temperature. Overall, we would stay here again but...

"We stayed two nights, the room was clean, the bed wasn’t hard it was very comfortable, I loved the walk in shower, check in was easy and quick, staff was friendly and we was able to walk wherever we wanted! I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others! "

"We weren’t too happy with the 2nd floor room so they allowed us to move to the 5th floor. Super quiet, large room with a nice balcony overlooking the river. Saw a bear our first night. The continental breakfast room was small without many choices but great breakfast restaurants were an easy walk away. "

"When I reserved a the high class room was told at the front desk it was not available, that Expedia book the wrong room for me, was given a room that was less then I had paid & reserved, the room that was given found 3 bugs, front door had a crack that the cold air came trough, was told that the room was to be cleaned daily & towels changed Never was done while we was there very bad experience would never nor recommend this place not for the money I paid & not get the room I wanted "
