"The cabin was adorable and was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking: pots/pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc.. The location of the campground was near downtown Gatlinburg and the amenities were exceptional. The staff reached out and was very kind when we had a late arrival and ensured we were able to check in. We loved our stay! "

Having to park in an alternate parking lot and walk up stairs was not ideal for me having a disability. Then both of our room keys didnt work. Then i was under the impression people werent supposed to smoke in their room but i could smell it from the balcony. "The property is surrounded by others recently modernized and stands out as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room seemed one of the ones not recently updated. Still it was clean, comfortable and quiet to a degree that was impressive. I would say that it is overall homey and comfortable, as if your relative was expecting you and had cleaned it meticulously before you got there.
