"It wasn't the worst place that we could've stayed, but there were several issues. The toilets are basically squatty pottys (small and low), some towels were stained/ripped, bed was hard as a rock, and "breakfast" was pretty much Walmart snacks. The guy at check in wasn't very friendly, but other cleaning staff were friendly. The location was right off of the main strip, so we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. "We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. "Great place to stay. Very clean and well managed. One block from the shops and restaurants in Bryson City. Older motel but we appreciated the warm welcome and a clean place to stay and everything was in working order. Small shower. Water pressure was adequate. Only thing I didn’t care for was the extra inside deadbolt or chain was missing from the door. We like the extra door lock. Would stay there again to be close to town."

"As always, our stay was awesome. We only stay here on our trips to Cherokee. Our room was clean as always and the check in and out staff was very kind and courteous. My only complaint would be the strong air fresheners in the lobby, as I have health issues that make me more sensitive. It was severely overpowering. "

"Just adequate. Room was clean, but smelled moldy. Property is dated and off the beaten path. Low volume day we were there. Skeleton staff had to wait for someone to come check us in. Was out of waffle mix. No protien offered with breakfast. Seems like they are barely hanging on, but doing bare minimum still. Not a plan for success in my opinion. "

"The property was very convenient to the main drag in Gatlinburg. Very clean and well maintained. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The only dislike I had was it took a long time for the water to get hot enough for a shower. It came out lukewarm pretty quickly but took a while to get really warm."
